Shopping Basics

– US: average 6-14 days
– Europe countries: average 5-10 days
– Oceania and Canada: average 8-15 days
– Other regions take approximately 10-20 days.
The precise timing sometimes depends on the efficiency of the local courier services in your country.

We send the package to your country through a third-party shipping company, and then delivered to you by the local shipping company, such as USPS, Evri, Canada Post and Australia Post. Therefore, your tracking information will be updated after the package arrives in your country and the package hands over to the local carrier.

We ship to the vast majority of countries and regions. However, delivery may not be available to certain countries or regions where we do not have a partnership with the local carrier. If your location is not listed when you enter your shipping address during checkout, it means we are unable to deliver to that area.

Payments

Our online store supports payments via PayPal and Stripe. If your country is covered by PayPal, or if you have a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, you will be able to complete your purchase smoothly on our website.

Yes, we charge Value Added Tax (VAT) based on the tax rates in different countries and regions.

Shipping & Returns

If you wish to return an item within 15 days of purchase, please contact our after-sales support at support@indiesome.com to initiate the return, provided that the item is undamaged. If the return is not due to a product quality issue, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a product quality problem or damage caused during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we approve your refund request, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days.

If you change your mind and need to cancel or modify your order after placing it, please contact us at support@indiesome.com within 24 hours. Otherwise, if the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The order can only be canceled and refunded after we receive the item and confirm that it is not damaged.
